Prof David Williams

Prof David Williams (Fort Hare University)

Originally from the UK, where he graduated as an engineer from Cambridge university, David's life was changed when he became a Christian. He then trained as a teacher and went as a missionary to Southern Africa.
There he has ministered in schools, hospitals, prisons and churches, oft en using visual aids as a powerful tool for communicating the Gospel. Since 1983 he has taught systematic theology at the University of Fort Hare, one of Africa's oldest universities, and well-known as the alma mater of Nelson Mandela. He is now a professor there, and not only teaches theology at undergraduate and graduate levels, but has published extensively, both articles and books (see www.davidtwilliams.com).

Dr Craig Voortman

Dr. Craig Voortman (University of Johannesburg)

Dr Craig Voortman currently is an academic with the Department of Transportation and Supply Chain Management at the Faculty of Management at the University of Johannesburg. Craig has served as Co-head of Department and Campus Head. He has overseen the National Diploma, B Tech, M Tech Logistics and Transport qualifications and has specifically managed programmes with approximately 1000 students. The programmes have grown considerably since he became Head of Department from just over 300 students to the current enrollment of over 1000 students.

He likes motivating people to work smarter and wiser within companies; inspiring people to be world-class and enjoy their work. Getting South African employees and others to believe in themselves.


Dr Gerhard Venter

Dr. Gerhard Venter (Rosebank Union Bible College)

After graduating with a Diploma in Theology from the Afrikaans Baptist Seminary. Gerhard pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and also completed a BA Honours through University of Johannesburg. He earned a Master of Divinity at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, USA. Finally Gerhard graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a Doctorate in Literacy and Philosophy.
He is currently the Pastor of Discipleship and Training at Rosebank Union Church and Director of Studies of the Rosebank Bible College.
